Physical Description

6'0", 162 lbs. He has striking red eyes, and his only visible eye is surrounded by purple skin. He has spiky dark hair with bangs that cover one of his eyes. He has long red tufts in the front, and the long portion of hair in the back is tied into a ponytail. He wears mostly purple/black clothing and a vest tied together with yellow strings. He has a long and sharp, poisonous tail.

Personality

Analytical, helpful, a pushover, and an all around nice guy. He tries too hard to come off as 'manly', sometimes glaring for no reason, but he can't keep up the facade and has a goofy smile on his face most of the time. He wishes he were as courageous as Zanza, but he makes up for it with his intelligence.
Feng is super affectionate and can get very touchy-feely.
He hardly ever gets angry and has enough tolerance and patience for twenty people.

Back Story

Feng was a part of a group of Seviper's in a forest of Hoenn. They were small in numbers, and took good care of their own. Their population had dwindled due to the fact that the Zangoose clan had continued to target them, even after the battle from generations ago had ended.
Once a year, a Zangoose comes to kidnap a Seviper child and forces it to fight one of their Zangoose children. When Feng was 12, he was taken from his house and pitted against a child by the name of Zanza.
Feng had always been a terrible fighter, and was horrified to the point where all he could do was sit frozen behind a tree. All of a sudden, the Zangoose child appeared behind him and told Feng that he would let him escape alive, but it would regrettably end up costing him. Grateful that he would be able to live, Feng agreed to let Zanza take his eye.
Under watch from the Zangoose crowd, Zanza scratched Feng's eye, and Feng dropped to the ground in pain and acted lifeless.
The crowd eventually dissipated, and Zanza remained with him, apologizing for hurting Feng and promising to make sure he would be okay.
Feng was visited by Zanza and an Eevee girl named Eeva frequently afterwards. They made sure he was fed and taken care of. He felt like they were his true friends.
After he recovered, Feng found himself hiding away while Zanza escaped with Eeva during the attack on her family. During the confusion, Feng also escaped without being noticed, trying to catch up to his friends again.
After a few years, Feng was able to find Zanza again. He warned Zanza that the clan was still searching for them and planned to kill the both of them. Feng suggested that he sacrifice himself so Zanza could be spared, but of course, his friend refused.
Eeva joined with them again, and the three of them fought off the clan successfully.

Ongoing Story

Feng lives with Maaki, an Espeon who found him hanging around on the streets in town. It was the first time someone was so nice to him, so he happily went with her. He realized that she lived in a mansion, and her father was some sort of business tycoon. Luckily, Maaki's father was fond of Feng's hard-working nature and good attitude, so he was allowed to stay under one condition: Feng would be a personal butler to Maaki.
Maaki doesn't accept the idea and hates it, but Feng thinks it suits him well enough. He likes the idea of being around her, and he gets to drink all the tea he wants.

Dislikes: Being taken advantage of, being weak, not looking manly enough, his poison, anyone who makes fun of his tea sets
