He was created for a board on subeta called Kurocack. So he lives in Kuro wonderland. xD;
Back Story
Was created for fun for the kurocrack board. So he's a riddler, rhyming cat that steals hats. He also lives in a different wonderland too and appears only on events or for special reasons.

Decided to keep him as a character for my own use. So yeah.
