Small dog sized (pit bull-ish), fluffy. Muscular, but has the build of a teen - not grown into his body yet.
Personality
Energetic, bouncy, curious, a bit fearful of others due to lack of understanding. Always wanting to help and this desire gets him into a bit of trouble.

Setting
An AU - born in an island of dragons like him, abducted by humans.
Ongoing Story
He was born on a island of dragons like him and abducted by poachers to be sold. He managed to escape and found a family to reside with, but the poachers weren't very satisfied with his escape...
Strengths/Weaknesses
Can control the flow of electricity. He can't create electricity unless it's already there, but it serves to both strengthen him physically and he can reroute it towards other sources, and manipulate it (i.e. he can control mechanical objects).
Since he's a youngster, his control over the power is limited and his knowledge even moreso - he was taken from his parents before being taught most of it. This means electrical objects tend to go haywire around him. He does serve as a great lightningrod during thunderstorms, though, and a wifi router (or re-router).
Extra
Is fiercely protective and will go to [i]any[/i] means to protect those he deems his family. He will basically sacrifice himself to save others, especially those who he thinks have done anything to help him. He also [i]hates[/i] wrong-doing and will pretty much blacklist you if you have wronged him or others. Is very child and dog-like in his mannerism.
